SHIPPING

Processing your order may take up to four days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the item has been shipped. International shipping takes from one to two weeks to arrive.

Pick-up in our studio is available in Mexico City, at check out choose the "studio pick-up" option, when your order is ready to be picked up, we'll contact you to arrange date and time.

RETURN POLICIES

All sales are final. In the event of a faulty item or receiving a different color or garment than the one ordered please email us hola@maisonquintanarnicolete.com with pictures attached and the concept "RETURN REQUEST" following your order number. Returns are accepted in exact conditions as received, we accept unworn and unwashed items only.

All postage charges are payable by the customer, shipping fees are non-refundable.
